We currently ship to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout. Standard US shipping is $5.99. Available shipping methods and the total shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery estimates

Our collection ships from fulfillment partners in the United States and overseas. Please check the delivery estimate on each product page and allow additional time for order processing. Estimates vary by item and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders with multiple items

Items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive shipment updates and available tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before paying. For address corrections, missing packages, or items that arrive damaged, contact Mitchell Avenue with your order number and a description of the issue. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Keep the packaging and photos for damaged-item claims.
